I would like to paint half of the steering wheel red.

What kind of colour shall I use for it.

You can use an automotive paint.

Are you matching it to a Lobster color interior?

Hi Eric,

yes, correct...
It should fit to my Lobster interior.

Did you made any experience with a spezial brand?

I would use fitzgerald's Color Coat, it requires a few steps but it is made for hard plastics .
Basic the steps are , prewash chemical, then spray a wet coat of SEM Sand Free, then spray on color while damp.
1 light coat then 2 wet coats.
this will give years of use and wear well with use.
May have left some steps out , but its easy.
