Riva Zebra material done!!!!

Postby Don Ayers » Mon May 20, 2013 7:27 pm

Riva Zebra interior finally done!!!!!

After 2 years of working with a supplier the final product is made. It is an exact original replacement of the famous Zebra pattern used in Riva wooden boats from 1959-1962 or so. It has the exact Zebra pattern and the correct "horse hair" embossing.

I know several people in Italy have been waiting so spread the word to contact me for details.

I reviewed the material today and made comparisons with the original. It is a perfect match in texture and pattern. The color is the correct off-white/creme as original.

You can call or contact Paul Cundiff at Woodies Restorations for pricing and availability.

Wonderful work Don ... and a true test of perseverance for those details that make a difference to the purist among us.

Now you'll need to get that into Connie's Ariston!!

Keep us in the loop.
