Hi Bri, here you see my solution of making the underconstruktion bevor covering with leather.
I used heaterpipe isolation material and cut it in half. Glued on the wood and now I have nice soft curves.

Hi Don, glas was to expensive withe cost of the form you have to make first. So i did decide to use Macrolon. Its more scratchprotected than acrylic glass. I dont need to heat it up to bring it in form. Its 5mm just bend it in the frame.

Hi Don, yes the muffler is definitly not original. May be the endpipe but not the rest between that and the engine. I could'nt find out how it looks like in the past.:-( Thats all the parts I had from the old owner do i will use it now. The steering wheel is original. :-)
The point is that there is only 3 boats left in the internet and the Taroni family dont have any more drawings to that boat. But I think that carlos will know what his family relatives had made in the past.

Result:

- Water comes in rudder.
- Engine does not stop when key turned off
- reverse gear does not work because needs some oil
- have to mount a flexcuppling between gearbox and shaft

thats it!!!
