I am interested to know for the single engine Rivas, especially the Olympic and Junior, which rotation are they?
Living in Eastern Meditterranean and have greek mechanics, and i want to order new long blocks but just want to be sure i order the right engines
Thanks

Pretty sure on those they are still Right Hand rotation.

If you stand at the back of the boat, looking forward, the propeller turns to the right.

Eric, might confirm these later boats were RH rotation.

All single engines are right hand rotating when you are looking at the engine from the the stern.
But be careful when you talk to car guys because the are looking at the engine from the waterpump side
and suddenly a boat righthand engine becomes lefthand rotating.

Leif;
excellent point. You have to be careful which engine application.

For example the Riva Chris-Craft 283 is a flywheel forward engine which means the flywheel end is on the front side if it were in a car.

I believe the later Riva Crusader motors are flywheel aft.

Someone check me on that as I am not an expert on the Crusaders
